In One Month You Can Change Your Life.

It’s a brand new week but more importantly it’s a brand new month😃. Happy June 1st.

We can accomplish so much in 30 days.

We all have certain areas that seems to hold us back from reaching our full potential or taking our fitness to that “next level.

👉For most people it’s their meals.

👉For others it’s skipping their workouts.

👉For others it’s not training as hard as we know they’re cable of.

👉For others it’s their mindset, self sabotaging thoughts, limited beliefs.

👉For others it’s laziness, procrastination, lack of consistency.

Examine the area that needs to be addressed, that will finally get you to that fitness level or mindset you so desire, make that your goal for this month.

To create a plan we have to keep it at the forefront of our mind at all times.

We have to recite it daily in our head throughout the day.

We can’t set an Intention without intentionally thinking about it throughout the day.

Set reminders around the house, little post it notes.

Put it on your computer and phone screen.

Your bathroom mirrors.

Your refrigerator.

Everywhere.

Keep that “action” or ‘actions” that needs to be taken at forefront of your mind at all times, be super intentional.

We can accomplish so much this month.

We can break barriers this month.
