Hello friends, welcome to my website. 

My name is Kimmie Thorne,  a wife, a mother of 3 grown amazing sons, a grandmother of 2 incredible grand kids. 

I’m a Fitness and Mindset Coach, 60 years young, I have never felt better in my entire life, I help other women do the same by not only building strong healthy bodies but also a powerful mindsets for results that last a lifetime. 

I’m a previous Female Bodybuilder Competitor and National Ranked Power Lifter and Gold Medal Winner of the 2016 Arizona Senior Olympics in Power Lifting. I LOVE feeling powerful and having strength, outer and inner strength and I love having goals, it keeps life so exciting.

At 60, I  have never felt healthier or happier in my entire life,  I help other women do the same.  We don’t need to grow old as we age, we can build beautiful muscle and strength, lose belly fat, feel sexy, confident and beautiful, beat menopause, have energy again and live longer.

The 50’s are the new 30’s, the 60’s are the new 40’s, how exciting is that.
