Valley of the Sun: The Next Step Toward My IFBB Pro Dream

After winning the Overall at the Triple Dynasty, I knew there was no turning back.

I was all in.

The goal was clear: earn my IFBB Pro Card.

Next stop?

The Valley of the Sun Championships — Show #2 on this road back to the stage.

This wasn’t just another show. This was another test of everything I’d built since coming back from injury — not just my physique, but my grit, mindset, and unwavering belief that age doesn’t define the limit… you do.

That comebacks are powerful. That aging doesn’t mean stopping. That every man and women in their 50s, 60s, and beyond can still rise, fight, and win.

I showed up with a physique that represented dedication, discipline, and resilience — not just a prep, but years of staying the course through pain, setbacks, and self-doubt.

This Stage Meant More Than Medals

At 61 years young, I’m not supposed to be doing this, right?

Wrong.

I’m doing exactly what I was born to do:

Inspire. Empower. Compete. Lead.

And the Valley of the Sun was another moment that reminded me — this journey is bigger than me.

It’s for every man and woman who’s ever felt like she/he missed their chance.

It’s for every mom, every grandmother, dad, every over-50 powerhouse who still wants to chase fire.
