Pumping Up For Posing Practice

Pumping up for Posing Practice

When you pump up for a show, you don’t want to pump up your quads, it will take away your lines and your quad lines need to show on stage, especially for women’s bodybuilding.   But you need to pump up your glutes and your hamstrings, fill them up with volume, especially as you die down because that skin can become loose and you don’t want it to sag on stage.

A basic resistance band RDL and GLUTE KICKBACKS does the job perfectly.  Your upper body, you can go to town and pump up everything, but be careful on your lower body, just your glutes and your hammies.

Soon, I will make  you a video of my entire pump up routine for the stage.
