It’s not just the weight on the scale that determines your progress, there’s so many other ways to monitor your progress.

When you begin your fitness journey, you’re creating new habits, setting new personal records, beginning to strength train regularly, performing your cardio regularly, those are all non-scale victories, make sure you take time to celebrate them🥳🎉🎊
