I’m A Warrior

I am a Warrior…

Let’s ALL be warriors🤩.

Are there things that you need to overcome?🤔 Injuries, life circumstances, disease and illness, divorce, life changes or just because your body doesn’t seem to respond anymore?

That’s when we practice and master the art of “Resilience” “👍

👉When I was 30 I was diagnosed with arthritis in my C5, bone spurs T1 – T7and no cartilage L4 L5 (degenerative disk disease). I went on to compete in figure, women’s body building and competitive power lifting

👉I was able to keep myself strong with healthy meals and focused training, positive thinking, a never give up attitude and gratefulness💪.

👉In my 40’s I went blind in my right eye due to uveitis, but I have a left one so I’m good👍.

👉In my 50’s I fell off a mountain hiking and had a horrible sprain in my left arm for 12 weeks as I was training for the Senior Olympics in Power lifting. It healed and I went on to take home the Gold Medal.🏅🎖🥇

👉Then at 57, after competing in the Wings of Strength in Women’s Bodybuilding, taking 1st place or overall🥇🎖🏅 and qualifying for Nationals to go after my Pro card, I tore my rotator cuff right in the middle of prep.

But we heal, we come back stronger, physically and mentally if we choose to keep the right mindset.  And here I am again, prepping to go back on stage and to encourage women to never give up on something they can’t go a day without thinking about.

Life happens, it doesn’t mean we give up🤩 life goes on. Strength is not only muscular strength, strength is inner as well💪

We don’t give up around here👍

Let’s ALL be WARRIORS🤩💪🤩
