If you want to TRANSFORM your body, lifting weights will always be superior to cardio
When you’re strength training, you’re not only burning body fat, your reshaping your body. You can’t do that with cardio.
You can lose weight by doing cardio but you can’t reshape your body with cardio.
With weight training, you’re not only burning fat, but you can also CHANGE the shape of your body (you can build wider shoulders and a wider back which makes your waist look so much smaller. You can build up the quads, hamstrings and glutes, you can build toned athletic defined arms and abs, strong powerful legs).
Cardio does help burn body fat but when it comes to TRANSFORMING your body, a true TRANSFORMATION, nothing will ever beat lifting weights, strength training
