A strong, happy, healthy, fit body and mind is not only built in the gym, it’s built outdoors too😍.

Go have fun, train out in the sunshine, in the elements around you this weekend instead of sitting around and eating crapπŸ˜πŸ’―πŸ™ŒπŸ’ͺπŸ˜€.

The Vitamin D from the sun is so incredible for us. And when you’re working your body under the sun, wow, it’s so great for our mind and emotions too.

I love hiking and trail running, climbing and mountain biking but summer’s here so out comes the paddle boards. Paddle boarding is a great back and core workout, also amazing for training your balance, you should try it.

Whether you’re paddle boarding or swimming, water skiing or hiking in the mountains, climbing a mountain or riding your bike, it’s so good for us!

Get outside and play, your body and your mind will love you for it.
