A strong, happy, healthy, fit body and mind is not only built in the gym, it’s built outdoors too.
Go have fun, train out in the sunshine, in the elements around you this weekend instead of sitting around and eating crap.
The Vitamin D from the sun is so incredible for us. And when you’re working your body under the sun, wow, it’s so great for our mind and emotions too.
I love hiking and trail running, climbing and mountain biking but summer’s here so out comes the paddle boards. Paddle boarding is a great back and core workout, also amazing for training your balance, you should try it.
Whether you’re paddle boarding or swimming, water skiing or hiking in the mountains, climbing a mountain or riding your bike, it’s so good for us!
