Do It Whether You Feel Like It Or Not

One of the most important crucial steps to reach your goals is consistency, but how do we stay consistent when we’re not motivated all the time? We do the thing whether we feel like it or not, we never go by our emotions.

Emotions are a “feeling” and we all know that feelings come and go, especially as a woman over 50, our emotions can be all over the place lol, instead, we practice and master the “art of discipline”, discipline is an action and we can tap into that action at any time whether we feel like it or not.

Never go by you’re feelings our emotions, they are so unreliable, instead, let’s practice discipline, let’s do the thing whether we feel like it or not, it is so incredibly empowering.
