Hey all you amazing women, welcome to Kim Pro Trainer, home of “Get Your Body back After 50” where we as Women Over 50 don’t allow our Age to dictate our Goals or what our body is actually capable of😀. 

My name is Kim Thorne,  60 years young, a wife, a mother of 3 grown amazing sons, a grandmother of 5 incredible grand kids, yes I am a grandma. 

I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Online Coach and a Certified Bodybuilding Specialist.  I help Women Over 50 get their bodies back, I specialize in Full Body Transformations. 

I’m also a Previous Female Bodybuilder Competitor and National Ranked Power Lifter, and the Gold Medal Winner of the 2016 Arizona Senior Olympics in Power Lifting. I LOVE feeling powerful and having strength, and I LOVE not allowing my age to dictate my goals or what my body is actually capable of.  

At 60 years young, I  have never felt healthier or happier in my entire life,  I help other women do the same.  We don’t need to grow old as we age, we can build beautiful muscle and strength, lose belly fat, feel sexy, confident and beautiful, beat menopause, have energy again, live longer and completely transform our bodies, yes and after 50😀.

The 50’s are the new 30’s, the 60’s are the new 40’s, how exciting is that.
