A quick update on my progress for you all๐ ๐ I am now 7 weeks out from show #1 Wings of Stength, Valley Of The Championships ๐
๐ Holding steady and building muscle. My training is getting longer, I’m eating more and taking more aminos, sleeping more for recovery ๐
๐This week I am working really hard on my posing routine and spending more time flexing because the more you flex the harder you get!
๐I’m still not starting my cardio yet, I lose muscle real quickly when I start doing cardio but I do miss my trail running๐ถโโ๏ธ
๐ Not working on leaning out just yet, waiting for a couple more weeks before I start leaning out, just focusing on building strength and muscle, bringing up some lagging muscle groups๐
I am super excited! ๐คฉ I feel amazing, I absolutely love a challenging the harder the challenges is the more I thrive, I thrive on challenges!!!๐ช
