Depression Has A Hard Time Hitting A Moving Target.
Depression, it robs you, it robs your life, it steals your soul (mind and emotions), it devours your dreams and destroys your hopes and goals.
When depression hits it leaves you in a place where solitude is your only friend, it holds you prisoner there, that’s it’s goal, to destroy you.
But, depression has a hard time hitting a moving target.
My advise to you…………..get moving
Do something, get active, don’t isolate no matter how hard it is to go out. Do not shut down and do not give up.
When depression teach it to go away.
Get up, go out and get active, push yourself.
Go hiking, nothing will make you feel better than being active outdoors, soaking up that Vitamin D, that has proven effects to decrease depression and so many other illness and diseases while increasing endorphins.
Go visit a friend or better yet do something nice for a friend or even a stranger. Doing kind things will get your mind off yourself and on someone else and doing something nice for others will sure pick up your mood.
Write your feelings down in a journal, write them down then say goodbye to them. Allow them to lose it’s power over you. Get your feelings out in a healthy way then say goodbye and don’t obsess.
And start getting healthy! Exercise and nutritious meals will do wonders for your moods and emotions.
Don’t allow depression to control your life, do not allow it to destroy you.
